By booking le˙mont studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and Payment

• Studio reservations are confirmed upon 100% prepayment.
• If your plans change, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the reservation start time, you may:
• reschedule to another time, or
• cancel and receive a full refund.
• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the reservation, the fee is non-refundable.

2. Use of Premises

• The studio may only be used during the reserved time.
• The reservation time includes setup and cleanup, unless otherwise agreed.
• In case of late arrival, the reservation time will not be extended.
• Arrival before the reservation time is only possible by prior arrangement.
• If you need to extend your rental time, this is only possible by prior arrangement (if the studio is available), at the standard rates.

3. Cleanliness and Order

• Leave the studio in the same condition as you received it.
• Please:
• collect your trash and use the bins provided in the studio,
• clean surfaces if they are significantly soiled,
• return furniture and equipment to their original places.
• If the premises are left significantly dirtier than usual, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.

4. Equipment and Furniture Moving

• Equipment and furniture may only be used for their intended purpose.
• Furniture and equipment must be moved by lifting them. It is forbidden to drag them across the floor to prevent damage to the flooring.
• Moving large furniture must be coordinated with the administration in advance.

5. Liability for Damages

• You assume full financial responsibility for any damage (to equipment, furniture, decorations, or other property) caused by your actions or the actions of your guests.
• Please notify the administration immediately of any damage.

6. Safety and Restrictions

It is strictly forbidden in the studio to:

• smoke (including electronic cigarettes),
• bring in animals without prior arrangement,
• use an open flame without coordination.
• Candles in table decorations may only be used with prior arrangement and provided that fire safety is ensured.
• When leaving the studio, you must turn off all lights and electrical appliances (unless otherwise instructed).

7. Footwear and Maintenance of the Space

• You may only enter the studio wearing indoor shoes, socks, or shoe covers, unless otherwise agreed.
• If outdoor footwear is required for the photoshoot, it may only be used with the permission of the administration.

8. Noise Level

• Please maintain a reasonable noise level.
• Events with loud music must be coordinated in advance.

9. Number of Participants

• The maximum number of people in the studio must not exceed the previously agreed limit.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and their adherence to the rules.

10. Security of Personal Belongings

• The studio administration is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.
