By booking le˙mont studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and payment

• Studio booking is confirmed upon receipt of 100% prepayment.
• If your plans change, you may do the following, provided you inform us no later than 48 hours before the booking starts:
• reschedule to another time, or
• cancel and receive a full refund.
• If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the booking, the fee is non-refundable.

2. Use of premises

• The studio may only be used during the reserved time.
• The booking time includes preparation and tidying up of the premises, unless agreed otherwise.
• In case of a late arrival, the booking time will not be extended.
• Arrival before the booking time is only possible with prior arrangement.
• If an extension of the rental time is needed, it is only possible with prior arrangement (if the studio is available), at the standard rates.

3. Cleanliness and order

• Leave the studio in the same condition as you received it.
• Please:
• collect your trash and use the bins provided in the studio,
• clean surfaces if they are significantly soiled,
• return furniture and equipment to their original positions.
• If the premises are significantly dirtier than usual after use, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.

4. Equipment and moving furniture

• Equipment and furniture may only be used for their intended purpose.
• Furniture and equipment must be lifted when moved. Dragging them across the floor is prohibited to prevent damage to the floor covering.
• Large furniture items must only be moved after prior arrangement with the administration.

5. Liability for damages

• You assume full financial responsibility for any damage (to equipment, furniture, decorations, or other property) caused by your actions or the actions of your guests.
• Please inform the administration immediately of any damages.

6. Safety and restrictions

It is strictly prohibited in the studio to:

• smoke (including electronic cigarettes),
• bring animals without prior arrangement,
• use open flames without prior arrangement.
• Candles for table decorations may only be used with prior arrangement and provided that fire safety measures are in place.
• When leaving the studio, you must turn off all lights and electrical appliances (unless instructed otherwise).

7. Footwear and preservation of premises

• You may only enter the studio wearing indoor shoes, socks, or shoe covers, unless agreed otherwise.
• If outdoor footwear is required for a photoshoot, it may only be used with permission from the administration.

8. Noise level

• Please maintain a reasonable noise level.
• Events involving louder music must be arranged in advance.

9. Number of participants

• The maximum number of people in the studio must not exceed the previously agreed limit.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and their compliance with the rules.

10. Safety of personal belongings

• The studio administration is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings.
